Bruce
Mielziner founded the firm with Gary B. Kabat in 1969. Since then, he has focused his
practice on the legal needs of small businesses and
the personal legal needs of their owners.
Jonathan Sobel became a partner of the firm in 1985. His primary practice areas are the representation
of businesses that are involved in litigation, and
estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Kevin McMillan focuses his practice on civil litigation before state and federal
courts. He has represented clients in a wide variety of matters and his experience
extends across every area of the firm’s practice areas.
